Canopy hoods
Full degrease of internal and external canopy surfaces, stainless polish and edge detailing.
Grease filters
Filters removed, soaked, washed, dried and refitted. Damaged or missing filters reported to you.
Grease gutters and troughs
Gutters, troughs and collection cups emptied, scraped and washed out.
Exhaust plenum
Behind-the-filter plenum chamber cleaned back to accessible metal.
Accessible ductwork
Cleaning through existing access panels. Anything inaccessible is photographed and noted in your report.
Exhaust fans
Fan housing, blades and roof surrounds degreased, then checked back into operation.
Documentation after every service
- Canopy & Exhaust System Cleaning Certificate recording the work completed
- Commercial Kitchen Exhaust Cleaning Service Report with a unique report number
- Before-and-after photographs of each component cleaned
- Technician notes, including anything unable to be accessed
- Recommended next service date and a reminder when it falls due
The Canopy & Exhaust System Cleaning Certificate and service report document the cleaning work we performed. They are not a government or regulatory certificate or approval.

- Extra duct beyond 3 m included$55 per metre

Final price depends on canopy size, grease build-up, number of filters, duct length, number of fan units, condition and access.
All prices are shown excluding GST. GST of 10% is added and shown separately on every written quote, invoice and total.
If a system has multiple fans, cleaning is charged per fan.
