What we collect
Your name, business name, phone number, email address, venue address, kitchen details you provide, photographs you upload, and the service history we create when we clean your exhaust system.
Why we collect it
To prepare quotes, schedule and perform services, produce your service report, invoice you, and remind you when your next recommended service falls due.
Photo upload consent
Photographs you upload are used to estimate and document your job. We store before-and-after photographs with your service records. We will not publish or use your photographs in marketing without your written permission.
How it is stored
Enquiries, customer records and photographs are stored in an access-controlled database and file storage. Only authorised Sparkle & Shine staff accounts can read them, enforced by row-level security. Customer records are never exposed on public pages.
Marketing and messages
We only send service-related messages and quotes you have asked for. Marketing emails are reviewed and approved by a person before sending, every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribes are permanent.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our email delivery, file storage and database, and where the law requires it.
Access, correction and deletion
Email enquiressparkleandshine@gmail.com and we will provide, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, unless we are required to keep records for tax or legal reasons.
